1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the mxbaji website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at mxbaji.org.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or uses any of its services.
• "Company" / "We" / "mxbaji" means the operator of the mxbaji platform and all its associated services.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register an Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of use;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• Not currently be self-excluded from any gambling platform or under any court order that prohibits gambling activity;
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of mxbaji.

2.2 mxbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

2.3 You may hold only one Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, bonus winnings will be forfeited, and only the original Account balance may be eligible for return at mxbaji's sole discretion.

2.4 By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 Any activity carried out using your Account credentials will be treated as your own activity, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified mxbaji of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

3.3 You must notify mxbaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login details have been compromised.

3.4 mxbaji uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect data in transit. However, you are responsible for ensuring that the device from which you access your Account is adequately secured.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods is subject to change.

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.

4.3 mxbaji does not charge fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees; mxbaji bears no responsibility for third-party charges.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mxbaji may request one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Processing times vary by method but mxbaji aims to complete withdrawal reviews within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation.

4.5 mxbaji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

4.6 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your Account or that has been verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 mxbaji may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

5.3 Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that remain subject to a wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited.

5.5 mxbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect qualifying activity that has already occurred.

5.6 Players who are suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing bets designed to exploit RTP or variance rather than for genuine entertainment — may have their bonus privileges suspended and bonus-derived winnings voided.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 All casino games available on the mxbaji Platform use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change by game providers.

6.2 Sports betting odds are set by mxbaji and may be updated at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at that moment are binding.

6.3 In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session (including disconnection from a live dealer table), mxbaji will endeavour to restore the session to its state immediately before the fault. Where this is not possible, bets placed in the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 mxbaji reserves the right to void any bet or game result that has been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, server failures, or third-party data provider errors.

6.5 Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Demo or free-play versions are available for most slots; live casino and sports markets do not have demo modes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mxbaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of live casino games or sports markets;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in software for financial gain and failing to report them to mxbaji;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulating sports events on which bets are placed;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to use your Account;
• Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 mxbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, time-out periods, and full self-exclusion.

8.2 Players who wish to set a deposit limit or apply for self-exclusion should contact our support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications with immediate effect.

8.3 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new Accounts. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited.

8.4 mxbaji reserves the right to impose account restrictions or contact a Player if we reasonably believe that their gaming behaviour indicates a problem. This is a safeguarding measure and is not intended to be punitive.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the mxbaji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of mxbaji or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from mxbaji.

9.3 The mxbaji brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 mxbaji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its use for identity verification, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

10.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by mxbaji, subject to applicable legal obligations that may require us to retain certain records.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 mxbaji provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mxbaji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit mxbaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.4 mxbaji's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Account or a transaction, you should first contact mxbaji's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

12.2 mxbaji's decision on any dispute will be issued in writing. Where a Player remains dissatisfied with the outcome, they may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in the response.

12.3 Disputes relating to sports bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

12.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 mxbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material to your rights or obligations, we will provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Minor changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Terms, may be made without notice.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and mxbaji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.3 No waiver by mxbaji of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
